About the role

Rivson Goldplast Manufacturing Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our premium line of plastic manufacturing products.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve our products and services

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the plastic distribution commodities or a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Cebu City and the surrounding region
