We are looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team in the general construction industry. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a driven personality, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the company's business development goals. This role involves identifying potential clients, promoting construction services, and assisting in the overall sales and marketing strategies of the company. You will serve as a key contributor in expanding the company's network and securing new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct market research to identify new clients and business opportunities in the general construction sector.

-Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.

-Coordinate marketing campaigns, online postings, and promotional activities.

-Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events as needed.

-Monitor project leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales pipeline.

-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales progress and market trends.

Qualifications

-At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in Construction).

-Strong communication and negotiation skills.

-Knowledge of general construction services is an advantage.

-Proactive, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

-Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
