Job Summary

Marketing Associate supports the company's growth by assisting with sales activities, executing marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves lead generation, market research, content creation, and coordinating promotional efforts to drive brand awareness and sales performance.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Create marketing content such as posts, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Support brand-building initiatives to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
