About the Role

Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, handling payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Supports daily front-of-house operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter or POS system.
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely and efficiently.
  • Provide product information, upsell menu items, and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Prepare and serve beverages or side items as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining, and service areas.
  • Assist in packing take-out or delivery orders correctly and promptly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Follow company procedures, cash-handling policies, and service standards.
  • Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • At least High School graduate.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer or POS knowledge.
  • Friendly, honest, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
