Data Visualization & Storytelling Specialist

Work Set-up: Remote

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Data Visualization & Storytelling Specialist who can turn complex data into compelling visual narratives that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and able to present insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Processing:

  • Collect, clean, and process large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality through validation and cleaning procedures.
  • Perform quantitative and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel and Sigma Computing.
  • Design high-quality charts, graphs, and visual summaries that simplify complex data.

Presentation & Design:

  • Apply data-driven storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively.
  • Build advanced PowerPoint presentations with strong visual hierarchy and consistency.
  • Develop strategic one-pagers, infographics, and executive-level visual summaries.
  • Use Canva to design visually consistent and brand-aligned content for reports and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistical Engineering, Business Data Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and Sigma dashboards.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to create templates, advanced chart designs, and high-impact presentations.
  • Proficiency with Canva for creating visually consistent and creative materials.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret KPIs and complex datasets.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
