We are seeking an experienced
Ecologist / Biodiversity Consultant
to support our planning and development projects across multiple countries. The role will involve providing expert ecological and environmental advice to inform infrastructure and master planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Undertake ecological assessments to identify and evaluate environmental values across different landscapes and regions.


• Provide clear, practical advice on ecological priorities, including what features and habitats are important to protect and what areas may be suitable for development.


• Assess biodiversity significance, species habitats, and ecosystems to guide sustainable planning and design.


• Prepare ecological input for master planning, infrastructure proposals, and development strategies.


• Work collaboratively with planning, engineering, and environmental teams to integrate ecological considerations into project outcomes.


• Assist in navigating international biodiversity frameworks, local legislation, and global environmental standards.

Requirements:


• Degree in ecology, environmental science, biology, or related field.


• Extensive experience in ecological and biodiversity assessments, ideally across different environments and regions.


• Strong understanding of ecological values, species conservation, habitat mapping, and ecosystem management.


• Ability to translate ecological findings into practical planning and development advice.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience:


• Previous work on large-scale infrastructure, urban development, or master planning projects.


• Experience working in multiple countries or with international biodiversity standards
