Pricing Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Price Compliance Specialist to help protect our brand value and enforce Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies across our factory partners and resellers. This is a results-based, commission-driven role ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the persistence to follow through until compliance is achieved.

What You'll Do

• Monitor competitor pricing online to identify MAP violations.
• Inform factory partners of violations and ensure timely corrective action.

• Manage a structured escalation process through follow-up emails:

• Day 1: Initial MAP Violation Notice

• Day 2: Non-Compliance Reminder (24 hrs)
• Day 3: Escalation & Pricing Match Warning (48–72 hrs)
• Day 5: Escalation Reminder
• Day 7: Final Escalation & Pricing Match Enforcement Notice
• Document all communications and resolution timelines.
• Work with the management team to escalate repeat offenders and push for sanctions or removal of non-compliant dealers.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
• Strong technical background (comfortable using computers, tracking tools, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
• Excellent proficiency in English must be able to speak and write fluent English.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to identify pricing discrepancies quickly. High interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effectiveness in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office products (Excel).

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.

• Highly persistent, aggressive, and motivated to maximize commissions

• Prior experience in compliance, account management, e-commerce, or research is a plus

US Based Hours Requirement:

In this role, flexibility meets structure. We understand the importance of work-life balance, especially in a remote setting. However, to ensure alignment with our core operations and team dynamics, we require your working hours coincide with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
