Descrição Do Cargo
Resumen del puesto:
Este puesto es responsable de aplicar y balancear los pagos y ajustes en PPS, ISPSYS otras aplicaciones locales. Registrar con precisión todas las transacciones contables, identifica excepciones, investiga las causas de las retenciones o demoras e inicia la resolución, evalúa solicitudes de ajustes de facturación de clientes y los procesa de acuerdo a previa validación.

Responsabilidades
Completa informes del sistema, registra transacciones contables precisas, clasifica, archiva, coteja facturas para su procesamiento, examina, analiza, verifica y corrige las transacciones contables. Actúa como enlace entre departamentos y realiza otras tareas según se le solicite.

Cualificaciones
Técnicos, tecnólogos o profesionales de carreras contables, financieras o afines. (Preferido)

Experiencia en puestos administrativos y/o contables (preferido)

Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access y Outlook

Horario: Lunes a viernes 6:30 am-4:00 pm

Porcentaje de Inglés 60% (inglés intermedio) listening, speaking.
