The Arcade Store Attendant / Cashier is responsible for assisting guests, operating game card or token systems, handling cash transactions, and ensuring that customers have a fun and safe experience in the arcade. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting in minor troubleshooting of machines, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in purchasing game cards, tokens, or reloads
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, card, or e-wallet payments
  • Explain how games, attractions, and promotions work to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the cashier area and surrounding game zones
  • Assist in basic troubleshooting of arcade machines or coordinate with maintenance
  • Monitor guest safety and enforce arcade rules
  • Handle prize redemption for winning tickets or points
  • Support in stocking and organizing merchandise in the prize counter
  • Report any machine malfunctions, shortages, or customer issues to the supervisor
  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the arcade

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate; college level preferred
  • Experience as cashier or in customer service is an advantage
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to interact with both kids and adults
  • Basic math skills and POS operation knowledge
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall schedules
  • Energetic and able to stand for long hours
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for arcade machines is a plus (training can be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php14,500.00 per month
