The Store Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, guiding and motivating the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role also involves managing inventory, handling customer concerns, and maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support store staff in achieving sales and service goals
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies
  • Train and coach team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations
  • Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints professionally
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock counts and replenishments
  • Ensure merchandise displays are organized, attractive, and aligned with store standards
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management
  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage attendance
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the store

Qualifications:

  • At least college level; degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control and basic store operations
  • Customer-oriented and goal-driven
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
