What you'll do

Sales & Customer Service

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs (PPU, conversion, etc.) consistently.
  • Lead by example and encourage the team to achieve targets.
  • Engage customers with great service and implement selling strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Operations Management

  • Monitor daily store operations and perform spot checks.
  • Provide feedback to the Eyewear Manager and assist in team performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory, stock handling, and display management.
  • Oversee store audits and safeguard assets.
  • Implement SOPs, company policies, and store security measures.

People & Professional Development

  • Give performance feedback and create development plans for staff.
  • Attend trainings, product sessions, and operational meetings.
  • Promote consistent learning and growth across the store team.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and submit store reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments for escalations and problem resolution.
  • Stay updated on promotions, activities, and brand events to keep the store aligned with Sunnies' image.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in retail store supervision (optical environment a plus).
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with solid customer management skills.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
  • Knowledge of retail industry standards, sales strategies, and inventory management.
