A dynamic furniture retailer and interior design firm is looking for a Sales Designer to join their team. This role combines design expertise with sales skills, helping clients create beautifully designed spaces while driving showroom sales. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Muntinlupa, with reporting required 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with walk-in clients and provide personalized design consultations
  • Present furniture, finishes, and layout options to help clients visualize their spaces
  • Prepare design proposals and close sales in line with company targets
  • Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to project completion
  • Coordinate with the design and operations teams for seamless execution
  • Stay updated on design trends, new collections, and sourcing opportunities

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a similar client-facing design role
  • Strong salesmanship and communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into design solutions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to meet targets
  • Passionate about interior design, furniture, and decor

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Interior Design or Architecture
  • Comfortable with client presentations, site visits, and sourcing
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop

Compensation

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
