Join a growing Interior Design & Furniture company based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. We're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to work closely with the General Manager in driving business growth, forming partnerships, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Support strategic sales initiatives and promotions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to execute campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
  • Interest in interior design, furniture, or e-commerce is an advantage
