Job Description

Join a growing Interior Design & Furniture company based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. We're looking for a motivated Sales Associate to help drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide knowledgeable recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and order forms
  • Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth transactions
  • Monitor inventory and assist with merchandising displays

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Interest in interior design, furniture, or retail sales is an advantage
