Job Summary:

The Facilities Management and Services Supervisor will be in charge in the department operations and services related to existing and incoming new projects. He/She will ensure that the department services and operations are executed and delivered with efficiency, quality, and on-time based on the agreed SLAs.

Job Description:

  • Manages and plans Facilities Maintenance and Services activities and works.
  • Creates and implement systems, policies, and procedures for effective Facilities Maintenance and Services operation.
  • Implements policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the company building, facilities, all improvements attached, and other things inside and within company premises and projects.
  • Ensures compliance to any legal and DENR requirements.
  • Create a properly documented manual of systems and processes related to facilities maintenance and operation.
  • Ensures safety compliance of the department and implements systems, processes, and visible signs to ensure the safety of the project.
  • Conceptualize, recommends, seek approval, and implement projects that will enhance facilities operation, reduce cost, and will make the operation more productive and safer.
  • Assists in the external compliance of government regulatory permits and clearances as needed by the company.
  • Recommends budget/s for approval and Job Order/s for administrative endeavors, whenever necessary or required.
  • Prepares and recommends a working budget related to facilities maintenance.
  • Directly coordinates and maintains good relations with utility companies, local government agencies, police, fire protection, the church, contractors, neighborhood officials, and other entities related to the support services needed by the company.
  • Responsible for the regular reports needed by management in the conduct of the performance of the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering.
  • Must have solid knowledge and experience in facilities' and asset management, safety, and compliance
  • Must possess strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cavite
