Job objectives:

The Associate Accounting Manager for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay Cycle, including procurement, accounts payable, and disbursements, as well as cost and inventory management to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures and promote cost-effectiveness within the Group. The role also involves financial reporting and government compliance for the assigned business unit(s), including month-end and year-end closing procedures, preparation of financial statements, and implementation of risk mitigation measures to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance, Accounts Payable & Disbursement.
  • Inventory, Costing, and General Accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Inventory and Cost processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
