Purpose of the Position:

Under the supervision of the Service Admin Supervisor, reporting to the Maintenance Manager or its deputy Maintenance Superintendent and Supervisor on the daily equipment status in coordination with the Operations Dispatcher.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Update the daily status of operational and breakdown equipment on the status board with details of breakdown for the Maintenance Superintendent and Supervisor reference.

  2. Encode equipment data on the cause of equipment breakdown, date, downtime, uptime and service meter reading.

  3. Encode equipment breakdown for graphical report presentation.

  4. Coordinate with Operations dispatcher on the status of equipment under repair, for repair, and for release by Maintenance department.

  5. Coordinate with duty Maintenance Superintendent or Supervisor on equipment breakdown in the pit, cause of breakdown and location for Maintenance to dispatch the appropriate crews and right tools to dispatch and access extend of breakdown.

  6. Daily routine of equipment parked at the laydown area to check and tally with the status board.

  7. Submission of daily equipment down details to the Maintenance Manager or its Deputy.

  8. Collate the equipment pre-start checklist from Operations and submit the summary to the Maintenance Planner.

  9. Take the daily toolbox minutes, attendance sheet, and hazard report to the Safety Department.

  10. Filing of the daily pre-start equipment checklist

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Must be a college graduate.

  2. Computer literate.

Deliverables:

  1. Accuracy of information, feedback, and timely submission of Daily Reports.

  2. All reporting and inter-department communication requirements.

Inter/Intra personal relationships

  1. Will maintain close liaison with the superior, co-worker and inter-action with concern department.

  2. The position must work effectively with the member of team

Approvals/Authorities:

  • Centralized dispatching system.
