Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor, located in Bulacan. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring that machinery and equipment are in optimal condition. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, managing maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves maintaining inventory of repair equipment and supplies and coordinating with other departments to support production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
