· Coordinates with the operation for the status of heavy and medium equipment or trucks.

· Monitor the PMS schedules of the heavy equipment and heavy duty trucks.

· Coordinates with the mobilization team for the transfer or receiving heavy equipment and heavy duty trucks for repair or PMS.

· Continually focuses on achieving heavy equipment profitability through effective management of all fleet within the assigned area in particular maximize heavy equipment usage

· Reviews equipment requisitions in line with operation requirement

· Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.

· Manages effective utilization of heavy equipment vehicle assets.

· Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.

· Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of heavy equipment's through regular inspections

· Updates and submits required reports.

· Create Job Orders and Parts requisition for each heavy equipment or heavy duty truck repairs.

· Coordinate with drivers and operators for timely servicing and breakdown reporting.

· Monitor inventory levels of parts, tools, and equipment; request and manage supplies.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance costs.
