  • Discuss client requirements and advise suitable options
  • Plans and prepares travel plans to clients
  • Makes travel, accommodations, and related bookings
  • Confirms bookings and notify clients concerning requirements
  • Assists with changes to travel arrangements and bookings when required
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • Provides information to clients concerning tours, travel routes, accommodations, fares and travel regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in tourism, travel, or hospitality is required
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Outbound Manager in a travel agency
  • Extensive knowledge of travel management process
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests, clients, vendors
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig
