NEPHRO GROUP OF DIALYSIS CENTERS is looking for an ADMIN OFFICER / FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR.
Work Location: G/F Eastgate Center, 169 EDSA Mandaluyong City
Job Qualifications:
1. Possession of a 4-year Business Administration Degree or related course
2. At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a healthcare or facility management setting.
3. Knowledge of facility operations, regulations, and industry trends.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
6. Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
10. Willingness to adapt and learn new skills and technologies as required.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of the Hemodialysis Center, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the efficient and effective functioning of the Hemodialysis Center.
3. Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide high-quality patient care.
4. Implement and oversee quality assurance and improvement programs to ensure the highest possible outcomes for patients.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources to ensure consistent patient flow and growth of the Hemodialysis Center.
6. Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance, including revenue and expenses.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer care.
8. Ensure safety and security of the facility, staff, and patients at all times.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient charts, billing, and staff records.
10. Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices in dialysis and healthcare management.
Job Summary:
As an experienced Facility Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management of our facility, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will oversee a team of staff members and work closely with them to ensure that all aspects of the facility are maintained at the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
