FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within assigned territories, focusing on long-term partnerships with end-users, contractors, architects, developers, and designers, while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell products to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to address customer concerns and share updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as planning customer visits, updating records, and tracking projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (4 years for Executives).
  • Proficient in document and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu and Mandaue Cities.
  • Valid professional driver's license; ability to drive a motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle.
