Job Description

  • Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned in different areas when needed.
  • With valid driver's license is an advantage.
