AWB Networks is looking for a proactive and driven Sales Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about the IT industry and ready to make a significant impact by developing new business relationships, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Driving Sales Growth: Work to meet and exceed realistic monthly and annual sales goals by promoting AWB Networks' technology products and services.
- Building Your Pipeline: Actively seek out and secure new client opportunities and potential business accounts.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to leads and prospects—both from internal efforts and your own networking—to introduce our solutions.
- Nurturing Relationships: Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with all current and potential customers.
- Presenting Solutions: Prepare and present professional product demonstrations or proposals tailored to client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with the rest of the sales team to plan strategies and collectively hit sales targets.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive.
- Professional Conduct: Represent AWB Networks with professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
- Support & Improvement: Take on occasional special tasks from leadership to help resolve challenges and contribute to better team productivity.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally selling through IT resellers or distributors. Or a fresh graduate with a knack for Sales
- Technical Tools: Comfortable using CRM software and the Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suite for daily tasks and tracking.
- Goal Achievement: A demonstrated ability to set personal goals and consistently work toward achieving them.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a solid grasp of the sales process.
- Driven: You are genuinely motivated by success and committed to achieving high-performance results.
- Willingness to work onsite in our Cebu office
- Availability to start as soon as possible
