Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.


• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients before service.


• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.


• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.


• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food supplies properly.


• Communicate effectively with other cooks, kitchen staff, and servers.


• Support other kitchen stations as needed during busy periods.


• Report any maintenance or food quality issues to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.


• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.


• Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required.
