Responsibilities:


• Prepare and cook menu items as per recipes and presentation standards.


• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.


• Assist with food prep and inventory management.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:


• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.


• Strong cooking and knife skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, while maintaining best possible quality


• Must be at least high school graduate.
