We combine traditional business sensibilities with modern innovation to build market-relevant, scalable products.At this stage, the company is in a startup/entrepreneurial phase:
- The business is currently led directly by the Founder, with a very small core team and no formal office yet.
- Day-to-day work may take place in cafés, co-working spaces, the Founder's residence, or on-site with partners and suppliers.
- Initial interviews and meetings are typically arranged in public locations such as cafés in central Manila.
Position SummaryThis is a foundational hire working directly with the Founder as a high-trust, multi-functional Executive Assistant.The role combines:
- Executive and business support
- Personal and lifestyle assistance
- Basic operations and coordination across different initiatives
We are looking for someone who wants more than a routine office job—someone who is open to building a long-term, high-trust working relationship with the Founder and growing together with the business as it scales.Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Business Support
- Coordinate the Founder's schedule, appointments, and meetings (online and in-person)
- Prepare basic documents, summaries, simple reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist in research (suppliers, partners, markets, venues, services) and organize findings clearly
- Support communication with partners, vendors, and service providers (via email, messaging apps, calls)
- Help follow up on to-do items, deadlines, and priorities across different projects
2. Operations & Logistics
- Handle purchases, deliveries, and basic procurement-related tasks
- Assist with simple bookkeeping support and document organization (receipts, invoices, contracts)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for domestic trips
- Accompany the Founder to meetings, events, or site visits when required
3. Personal & Lifestyle Assistance
- Assist with selected personal errands for the Founder (e.g., necessary purchases, bills, appointments)
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day routines so the Founder can focus on strategic work
- Drive the Founder to meetings and appointments when needed
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a mature, reliable, and career-oriented young professional who:
- Values long-term collaboration and mutual trust, rather than frequent job-hopping
- Is comfortable working closely with a Founder in a one-on-one setting on a daily basis
- Can adapt to a startup environment where tasks and priorities may shift quickly
- Is emotionally stable, practical, and able to discuss issues directly and constructively
- Is organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs rather than wait to be told every step
- Maintains a professional and presentable appearance suitable for executive and client-facing settings
Due to the flexible hours, occasional travel, startup nature of the business, and optional housing arrangement, this position is particularly suitable for candidates who are:
- Currently single and without children, so they can devote more time, focus, and flexibility to an early-stage venture with fewer personal constraints
- Able to manage their own time and lifestyle with a high degree of independence

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (from any recognized university)
- Work Experience: Prior experience in admin, executive assistance, accounting, sales, operations, or other relevant office roles
- Language: Strong communication skills; comfortable using English in a professional context (spoken and written)
- Driving: Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Integrity: Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion, and personal responsibility
- Availability: Willingness to work with flexible hours and occasional weekend or evening tasks, depending on business needs
Preferred
- Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive
- Prior exposure to small businesses, startups, or fast-changing work environments
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (office software, messaging apps, online research, simple spreadsheets)
Work Arrangement
- Type: Full-time
- Structure: No fixed office hours; task- and outcome-driven structure
- Location: Primarily within Manila, with work taking place in cafés, co-working spaces, the Founder's residence, or partner locations
- Team Setup: Early-stage, founder-led company; this role will be one of the first core hires and will work very closely with the Founder
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly total salary: ₱45,000 PHP (inclusive of base and performance components)
The package includes:
- Base salary (fixed portion)
- Performance-based bonus (evaluated monthly; may be reduced in part or in full if performance issues arise, following proper internal review and in compliance with Philippine labor laws)
- All government-mandated benefits and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
