We're Hiring – Operations & Administrative Officer– Accounting and HR experience required
We're a growing small business looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations & Administrative Officer to support our day-to-day operations. The role covers administration, HR, finance, and compliance—perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats in a lean team.
Responsibilities include: handling bookkeeping, payroll, HR records, permits/compliance, and organizing business documents.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
2–4 years of experience in admin/accounting/operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR & payroll processes
Familiar with MS Office/Google Workspace (accounting tools a plus)
Location: 1533 Maria Clara St. Sta. Cruz, Manila (near Dangwa)
Full-time | Competitive salary based on experience
