This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, handling orders, and helping increase brand visibility both online and offline.

Responsibilities


• Handle customer inquiries via social media, email, and walk in clients

• Present embroidery services, pricing, and customization options to clients

• Prepare quotations, follow ups, and order confirmations

• Coordinate with production team regarding orders and timelines

• Assist in planning and executing sales promotions and marketing campaigns

• Manage social media content related to products, promotions, and client projects

• Maintain customer records and sales reports

• Support client after sales concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications


• Experience in sales and marketing or related field preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing

• Organized and detail oriented

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn embroidery products and processes

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum of 6 months sales and marketing experience required
