1. Sales Support & Customer Engagement
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

  • Follow up on leads, opportunities, and pending proposals
2. Marketing Activities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials (online posts, brochures, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Help manage company social media accounts and engage with online audiences.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitors.
  • Coordinate with vendors for marketing collaterals, events, or advertising needs.
3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
  • Maintain databases of leads, customers, and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, product team) to ensure accurate information is relayed to clients.
  • Support event planning for product launches, trade shows, seminars, or client meetings.
4. Product Knowledge & Training
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and assist in troubleshooting basic questions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and new offers.
5. Contribution to Strategy
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and campaigns.
  • Suggest new sales approaches or marketing ideas based on market observations.
  • Help identify opportunities for growth in existing and new markets.
