COPPLER TECHNOLOGY AND ADVISORY CORP. is looking for a QAQC Engineer.

Job Description:

Develop and implement quality control plans, conduct inspections, and analyze data to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the production or project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Quality Plans: Creating quality control plans, setting up quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Inspections and Testing: Conducting regular inspections and tests on materials, products, or processes at various stages of production or project execution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing collected data, identifying deviations from quality standards, and generating reports on quality performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring that all operations adhere to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities, inspection results, and any non-conformances.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
