What will you do as a Salesforce Administrator?

Reporting to the Software Development Lead, your accountabilities will include:

• Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
• Managing users, profiles, roles, permission sets, queues, and license allocations.
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and support stakeholder needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues related to Salesforce configuration and data.
• Performing basic functional testing for configuration changes.
• Maintaining documentation of policies, processes, and configuration changes.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to backlog refinement.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

Essential:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201); Advanced Admin (ADM211) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with guidance from the Team Lead.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Experience creating training materials or delivering user training.
