JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible for the efficient processing of new loans, renewals, extension, and other loan transactions
  • Ensure accurate loan documentation, compliance, and record-keeping
  • Supports loan monitoring and collection efforts

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Verify client-submitted documents for completeness.
  • Assign necessary credit checks for each loan application.
  • Organize and maintain credit files and reports.
  • Prepare loan documents for new releases, renewals, and other transactions.
  • Prepare and track documents for notarization, document stamp payments, and data compliance.
  • Generate reports and data relevant to the scope of work.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of loan transactions.
  • Organize, safeguard, and maintain borrowers' credit folders.
  • Draft and send reminders and collection letters to clients.
  • Assist in monitoring current and past-due accounts.

QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year work experience in finance or credit or related field
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and results-oriented
  • Flexible and can work under pressure
  • Strong people skills
  • Proficient in computer application
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
