About the role

3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a fixed dayshift role, offering a stable work schedule and the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Provide accurate information and updates to customers
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies
  6. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  5. Basic computer and data entry skills
  6. Fluency in both English and Filipino
  7. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
