Senior Claims Assistant (Insurance)

Responsible for handling claims and ensuring they are processed accurately, in compliance with established procedures, and settled promptly. The role must be performed in alignment with organizational policies, standards, goals, and budget guidelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end processing of motor insurance claims

  • Referral of claims for possible recovery to Recovery Unit

  • Referral of claims for possible fraud to Anti-fraud Unit

Job Skills And Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 yrs bachelor's degree.

  • Experience in motor claims insurance processing is a plus

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS word and excel

  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong analytical capabilities

  • Work well with others

  • Adaptive to change

Shift: Dayshift

Setup: Onsite

Location: Alabang
