Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, stock monitoring, or related field.
  • Willing to be assigned in the field (South area).
  • Knowledgeable in handling and monitoring inventory accuracy.
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Knows how to drive a 4-wheel manual transmission vehicle; with a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field inventory monitoring and reconciliation in assigned branches/warehouses within the South area.
  • Perform physical count, validation, and variance analysis of stocks.
  • Prepare accurate inventory reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, operations, and logistics teams to ensure proper handling of stocks.
  • Monitor compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  • Support in identifying discrepancies, losses, and process improvements in inventory control.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned related to inventory management.
