Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Market Development Specialist to join our Sales team. You will develop innovative beverage concepts using our milk products and GNI SKUs, conduct product demos for clients, and support sales initiatives in the field. This is a dynamic role combining lab-based beverage creation with direct client engagement and travel.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a variety of hot & cold beverages, including coffee-based drinks, cocktails, and mocktails, tailored to market trends and client needs.
  • Assist in beverage demonstrations during client visits, trainings, and events.
  • Prepare customer-requested beverage prototypes and samples efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and GNI SKUs, and ensure proper functioning of beverage equipment.
  • Gather client feedback and recommend new beverage ideas or recipe improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and public health standards in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Demonstration Support

  • Assists the Business Development and Sales teams with beverage demonstrations during account visits, trainings, and events.
  • Represents and presents the company's milk products and beverage concepts to clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Prepares and delivers customer-requested beverage prototypes and samples in a timely manner.

Inventory & Equipment Oversight

  • Oversees and maintains inventory of beverage-related ingredients and GNI SKUs.
  • Submits and tracks sample requests to the warehouse team as needed.
  • Monitors and ensures proper functioning of all beverage equipment; report malfunctions promptly for repair or replacement.

Market Feedback & Collaboration

  • Gathers and communicates customer feedback to management and product development teams.
  • Recommends new beverage ideas or improvements based on client insights and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Beverage Science, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in beverage creation, product development, or barista work.
  • Knowledge of hot and cold beverage trends, especially dairy and coffee-based drinks, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel for product pitches, events, and customer visits.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.

Work Conditions:

  • Field-based with regular travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and events.
  • Hands-on beverage development work in a lab/test environment.
  • Flexibility in work hours may be required to support business events or customer schedules.
