This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operational Excellence Director in a BPO Healthcare Account, located in Taguig with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing operational improvement initiatives, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, and leading process optimization projects. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals. The role also emphasizes team leadership, process innovation, and ensuring exceptional customer service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operational quality and the ability to develop and optimize processes
  • Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify gaps, and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Team Management experience, including leading and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of financial and operational resources
  • In-depth understanding of Customer Service standards and strategies to improve client satisfaction
  • Lean Six Sigma certification with experience successfully implementing these methodologies
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
