Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned
Facilities Director
to lead multi-site operations and ensure world-class facilities management within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and expertise in large-scale projects.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management
    , or related field
  • Master's degree or
    MBA preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years
    of progressive experience in
    facilities or property management
    , including
    5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience managing
    multi-site facilities within BPO
    (mandatory), technology, or corporate real estate sectors
  • Track record in
    large-scale construction, renovation, and expansion projects

Technical & Leadership Skills

  • Strong understanding of
    building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols
  • Proficiency in
    facilities management software, budgeting, and reporting
  • Strategic thinker with
    project management and operational execution skills
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, 24/7 business environment
