We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Business Analyst to support the planning, development, and optimization of our e-commerce platform. This role bridges product management, customer support, and development teams to deliver high-quality user experiences from concept to post-launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and rollout of e-commerce platform products from initial concept to post-launch evaluation.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog based on customer impact and business goals.
  • Conduct training for support teams on platform features and tools.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, training guides, and support resources.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between development, support, and customer teams.
  • Manage support escalations, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of Business Analyst or Product Management experience.
  • E-commerce platform and customer support background.
  • Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Zendesk.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in post-launch product evaluation and training delivery.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
