Role Description
The Audit Assistant at Pacific Concord Container Lines, Inc. supports the internal audit function by conducting pre and post audits, field audit, preparing reports, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the organization's financial operations.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Preparation and review of DCPR, collection reports, and weekly disbursement reports
- Preparation of balance sheet schedules
- Preparation and review of accounts payable vouchers and check vouchers
- Review of journal vouchers for RCA liquidations and payroll
- Handles annual external audits
- Encoding and filing of QAP and SAWT
- Computation and filing of BIR returns
- Encoding and filing of the Alphalist
- Encoding of billing invoices, statements of account, and official receipts
- Posting of journal entries for RCA liquidations and payroll
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions such as procurement, building repairs and maintenance, and securing permits and licenses
- Oversee maintenance staff and janitors to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Candidate should have at least 1 year bookkeeping or related experience (Early-career candidates).
- Must be proactive and analytical
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Preferably with experience in Real property management company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
