Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake.
  2. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support business reporting and analytics.
  3. Build and optimize data models and structures to ensure efficient data access and scalability.
  4. Manage large-scale data loads, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  5. Collaborate with business teams (sales, supply chain, finance, marketing) to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
  6. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes and resolve issues promptly.
  8. Continuously enhance data systems for improved efficiency and performance.
  9. Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements for data engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science of other related
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake
  • Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling background
  • Experience in FMCG data environments (sales, supply chain, finance, marketing)
  • Can handle large-scale data loads efficiently
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with business teams
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
