Overall Job Purpose:

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our food manufacturing process.
  • To oversee all engineering aspects of production, focusing on optimizing machinery, equipment, and processes to meet production targets while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in machinery and equipment used in food production, with a focus on food manufacturing processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving production goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, such as HACCP, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
