Oversee and Manage the day-to-day Warehouse activities and delivery schedule to ensure compliance with the standard operating procedure. Evaluate overall Warehouse operations to monitor the efficiency and productivity of organization in achieving goals based on set KPI metrics. Interviews for aspiring applicants who can be part of the team and conduct pre-employment orientation, and set department goals based on company expectations. Coordinate to different stakeholder to align with the daily delivery requirements Monitor Housekeeping and compliance to safety protocols across warehouse to ensure the safety of employees
Manage and sets strategies, standards, and controls for Warehouse operations in accordance with KBMC policies, procedures, and standards and within budget constraint. Collaborate with Sales and CS & L team for planning and execution of delivery requirements.
Graduate of Industrial Engineer or any business related courses At least with experience on Proficient with Excel, Work and PowerPoint At least 1-2 years experience in Warehouse Management Strong communication and presentation skills
