Job Title: Construction Foreman

Reports To: Project Engineer / Site Supervisor

Salary:

Location: Marilao Bulacan

Job Summary:

The Foreman oversees daily operations at the construction site, ensures work is completed according to specifications, and supervises laborers and skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers (welders, masons, helpers, etc.)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor materials and supplies, and report shortages.
  • Communicate progress and issues to the project manager.
  • Assist in scheduling and workforce allocation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a construction foreman or team leader.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php950.00 per day
