DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  1. Assist the production manager in production planning and duty allocation of personnel for the production.

  2. Responsible for quality and quantity of production planned during the shift.

  3. Assist the team leader for conducting machine assessment, quality issues etc.

  4. Responsible for taking necessary corrective action in case deviation in the process.

  5. Direct responsibility in product identification and traceability.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

 Minimum 1-3 years experience in a Food Manufacturing setting

 Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

 Wide knowledge of food production and processing; thorough knowledge of food safety standards, HAACP, and Serve Safe Certification; basic culinary knowledge related to equipment and technical skills

 Must have thorough knowledge of food products, recipes and procedures writing, and food costing

 Understanding of Food equipment and services

 Requires independent, analytical and creative work efforts regarding proper procedures, planning and follow-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
