Qualifications:Graduate of any related Finance/Business Management courseCPA is an advantage

With at least 3 years of experience

Familiarity with credit policies, strategies, and procedures

Skilled in Microsoft office applications

Knowledgeable in handling Accounts ReceivablesGood Communication skills

Principal AccountabilitiesCREDIT MANAGEMENTTo effectively manage credit risks mitigating financial loss to the Company. Oversees all the tasks and activities related to the credit granting process and ensures that the credit policies and procedures are consistently applied. Assign all credit line applications to the credit analysts for the proper scheduling and coordination with the Sales Group.Recommends approval, denial or deferment of the credit applications based on the inputs from the credit analysts to the Finance Manager and the designated approving authorities.

Formulates relevant credit policy guidelines for the effective management of Accounts Receivable attuned to the changing business environment. Ensure faster and efficient collection of trade accounts receivable to ensure the Company will remain liquid to satisfy its debts and fund the day-to-day operations. Monitors and conducts periodic review of Sales adherence to policies and compliance with agreed procedures.

Oversees coordination of Credit with Sales in setting days outstanding receivable, collection targets and devising different collection methods particularly on long outstanding accounts to minimize the risk of uncollectible accounts. Acts directly on complex, problematic and collections concerns and coordinates directly with the Sales Manager and the ASE concerned. Oversees the analysis and reconciliation of customers account balances covering open item analysis, application of Unapplied Credits, reversal of illegitimate and legitimate interests/write-off of principal AR and transfer of mis postings of payments and charges

Conceptualizes, implements and cascades to Sales and Finance all updates on credit policies and guidelines. Evaluates payment proposal plans for litigated and problematic accounts and conducts studies on the legal framework for debt recovery and compromise agreements as well as understands common rehabilitation plan methods of financially distressed accounts and its implications. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORTAttends to overall administrative matters of the department.

Represents the Company in external credit conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings conducted by various credit organizations. Participate in the Monthly Sales and Credit Review with all Sales Division. Represents the Company in external credit conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings conducted by various credit organizations.

Other tasks may assigned. DATA MONITORING & REPORTINGEnsures the maintenance and reliability of systems to record and monitor the movement, custody and safekeeping of securities and collateral documents. Guarantees the integrity of credit reports and ensures accuracy, completeness of data and how these are communicated in a timely manner.

Ensures that credit performance reports to Management are prepared accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Establishes guidelines for the preparation of the monthly AR Reports. PEOPLE MANAGEMENTOversees posting and validation of CWTs for re-class of payments to the proper customer codes.

Supervise the team of credit analyst, providing guidance, support and training as needed. Reports directly to the Finance Manager and ensures that the functions of Credit Management Department are properly carried out.
