Technical Support Associate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any ICT-related field
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (e.g., Windows)
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting methods for addressing hardware, software, and network issues
  • Proficient in common office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule (day or night shifts) and flexible hours

Pay: Up to Php19,000.00 per month

BCP / Risk Management Associate

  • Assists the ISO Core Team in establishing, implementing, and maintaining a management system accordance with the ISO 27001 : 2022
  • Assists in the preparation and control of Documented Information required by the ISO. Ensures that company complies to legal and other requirements.
  • Assists in the establishment and implementation of Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Response Plan and Risk Management.
  • Keep up to date with all related ISO activities and compliance requirements of the company.
  • Member of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee and Internal Audit Team
  • Attend to all ad-hoc tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably business-related
  • Ability to work well and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills in preparing documents and collecting data with keen attention to detail
  • Possesses planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
