Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant located in Makati, Philippines. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives through market research, customer engagement, sales-related activities, and the implementation of sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, assisting the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and providing administrative assistance to help achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience or knowledge in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to on-site work requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
