About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide support in content creation, including drafting social media posts, website updates, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and implement various marketing activities
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights
  • Provide administrative support, such as organizing and maintaining marketing files and databases
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and attendee engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to help drive the company's marketing strategy

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, preferably in the advertising industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing innovative marketing strategies
